• The energy comparison service works out how much you would pay with different suppliers
• You get a results table listing all the suppliers and the amount you would pay with each one
• If you want to switch to a new deal, you can do it immediately
• The switching process is simple. You fill out your details – name, address and so on – and your request is given to your new supplier. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit we collect your banking details too.
• The new supplier takes care of the rest. You will have to take a meter reading, but that’s it. In about four to six weeks, your supplier will change and so will your bills.
